How do I pay my bill online?
Visit the Customer Center to create a MyAstound account for free online access to your Astound account. Be sure to have your account name, number and security password ready to sign up. Once logged on you can view and pay your bill online or if you’re mobile download our Astound Mobile app! Astound accepts payments using the app or online using credit or debit cards with the VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express logo and by direct debit from a bank checking account.
How do I setup AutoPay on my account?
You may set up AutoPay through your account , via the Mobile App or you may call 1-800-427-8686.
How do I change my services?
To chat with a representative call 1-800-427-8686 or visit our contact us page for additional options.
What if I forget my password?
If you forgot or lost your password, visit your account login portal and click on ‘forgot password’.
How does the Astound Broadband service protection plan work?
Your service protection plan replaces or repairs defective installed in-home wiring used with your covered Astound Broadband devices. Repairs are $4.95 per month. Without the plan, regular service charges of $79.95 may be applied to your bill.
How does Astound Broadband serve my local community?
Astound Broadband sponsors local events in your community. Astound Broadband is also working to end hunger.
